Rhythm & Sound is a tap dance company based out of Toronto, Canada. It was established in 2015 by Co-Founders, Cori Giannotta and Johnathan Morin, to provide a platform for tap dancers and musicians to collectively perform and advance their artistic practices. We celebrate the collaborative traditions of tap dance and jazz music, while expanding and exploring the parameters of what tap dance can offer to modern music today. 
 
In 2016, Rhythm & Sound introduced the Apprenticeship/Professional Development program, to provide an opportunity for emerging artists to dance and train alongside professional tap dancers and musicians. The program aims to provide insight on the different stages of production, from the creative/development process to the presentation on stage. The program runs during the annual September production. 

Our vision is to become a recognized contributor to the Canadian arts community by developing an informed and engaged audience, while establishing artistic excellence through our programming.
